Access to the village is easy, being only metres from the shops and 50 metres to a shuttle bus stop in winter.

Only a 5 minute walk to the Valley Terminal building which is the base for the Kosciuszko Express chairlift and houses the ticket office for lifts and sporting facilities, ski hire, retail and tuning, and doctors surgery. The tennis courts, bobsled, mountain bike hire, golf course and AIS/Thredbo Training Centre (gym, squash court, sports hall, swimming pool) are also a short walk away.

Banjo is very close to the central pedestrian mall which houses many of the villages eateries, clothing and ski retail, pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, post office, video, bottle shop.

Banjo Townhouses is located on Banjo Drive next door to Kasees Lodge. Banjo Townhouses visitors have access to Kasees well established and sheltered garden which flowers all summer and includes a covered BBQ and garden furniture. During Spring summer and autumn, enjoy a barbeque in the gazebo set in a beautiful garden.

Banjo promotes a non smoking policy in the apartments and kindly asks guests to smoke outside and dispose of their butts responsibly.

Banjo provides car parking on site, one car per apartment.
