In Peppers tradition, the décor is stylish, rich and full of character befitting its Southern Highlands location. Guests are encouraged to make themselves at home on the sofas of the comfortable reception rooms. In winter open fires burn in the baronial Great Hall, the music room and the lounge. In summer meals are served in the leafy courtyard, with drinks by the pool.

Accommodation is housed in the main house, in the adjacent garden wing and in self-contained cottages.

Katers Restaurant features modern Australian cuisine with sumptuous dishes using the freshest produce from the Southern Highlands region. With magnificent views of the retreat's gardens and natural Australian bushland, Katers provides the finest in relaxed dining – unobtrusive, friendly, yet delivering stunning food with immaculate service.
